Special Meetings

Meeting rooms are available at the venue, to allow for dedicated meetings of collaboration groups and committees.
Four meeting rooms are available basically,Room101(55m2), Room102(25m2), Room103(90m2), Room104(100m2).

A limited number of rooms is available for these meetings, and you can send request to our local secretariat to make arrangements, providing the following information:

  • Name of the organizer, with email and phone number
  • Topic for the meeting
  • Estimated attendance
  • Time and duration

While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to satisfy all requests, we will do our best in order to help with your needs.

Any food or beverage arrangement, and the necessary A/V equipment that may be needed for the meetings fall under the responsibility of the organizers and any charge associated with these services will be billed to the organizer.
